Execute Construction Agreement
The Construction Agreement is to be completed with Initial Cash Payment (Earnest Money) being provided by check or money wire. This may be done. If you are obtaining a loan, we will email all Contract Documents and Construction Agreement to your lender. At this point we will begin the Contract-to-Start Process and discuss the next steps!
