Pre-Construction Services Agreement
(PCA)

People want estimates right out of the gate.  There are many variables that it wouldn’t be fair for us to estimate without gathering some information.  We are going to learn more about your project so that we can give you a better assessment.  However, this doesn’t bind you to build with us.  We hope you will build with us.  However, if you chose not to, then you will have something of value which is more knowledge about what your project entails. 

 

We handle all architectural, estimating and site analysis services utilizing this Pre-Contract Services Agreement. This agreement does not bind you to building with us, as it is our belief that we must continue to earn your business; rather, it defines the services to be provided as well as the estimated cost of those services.
