Final Plan Development

White Oak Construction will have the Residential Plan Designer/Architect complete the final plans (Construction Documents) incorporating any changes requested from the Preliminary Pricing Meeting. Upon Client review, revisions and approval of final Construction Documents, White Oak Construction will prepare Final Pricing and schedule a meeting to review.
