You can find all documents relevant to your project, in the Project Files area. If you need to share any documents with us, you can upload them!.
Here at White Oak Construction, we value organization and clean systems that ensure a smooth experience for our clients.
Access any relevant documents throughout the process on the "Project Files" section located on the Home screen. This includes contracts, drawings, permitting forms, submittals, photo updates, etc.
All of your relevant documents will be located in this regularly updated area!
You may upload your own documents, ideas and inspirations using these options!
Helpful tip: You may upload documents to your account anytime you see the icon!
Now that you have reviewed the Project Files section, let's take a look at the Change Orders Section so you can Approve, Decline and Manage them (if they happen) all in one place.
